Vern Teekasingh has spent the past 15 years mastering his craft as a videographer. He began his career in media at Gayelle Television and then moved on to CNC3 television where he was responsible for shooting a variety of sports, culture and news events.

During his time at CNC3 television, he received numerous awards for his work on news features and was recognised as employee of the year in the news room twice.

While at CNC3, he embarked on an entrepreneurial vision and started his own business-Playback Productions- in 2011, where he applied the skills and knowledge acquired to make a difference to independent corporate customers.

Vern accepted a challenge and moved on to the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago as a senior technical producer where he was responsible for conceptualising and developing commercial film projects to promote and enhance the bank’s brand and image .

Vern is also an instrument member of Silva Image management team, where he is responsible for creative development of all video productions.
