Wayne Mandeville has spent much of his 25-year career working in the Telecommunication Industry with a range of responsibilities which include Technology development and marketing; Business Development, Finance; Corporate Business Development; Strategic Leadership, as well as, having responsibility for several engineering projects. Wayne also worked extensively with senior executives and entrepreneurs to guide them in achieving superior organizational effectiveness and breakthrough financial performances particularly in the management of complex, enterprise-wide change initiatives. At the University of Trinidad and Tobago he was responsible for developing the Academy for the Performing Arts programme from concept; to where academic approval was attained to getting its first graduates in 2015. He is now Advisor to the University’s Chairman.

Beyond his corporate experience, Wayne has engaged in managing several professional sports personalities which include Russell Latapy; Shaka Hislop; Anthony Rougier Ian Bishop

Wayne earned his M.B.A. from Suffolk University and his B.S. in Information Systems and Marketing from Northeastern University’s School of Business.
